ORDER:

The Draft Declaration Notification under section 6 of Land Acquisition Act 1894, (Central Act 1 of 1894) submitted by the District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition) MRL., Commissioner of Land Administration Chennai-5 in their Letters 4th and 5th read above for the acquisition of 14.20.0 hectares of Land in Vallur Village. S.No. 717/2 etc of Ponnari Taluk, Thiruvallur District is approved and will be  published in the extra ordinary issue of the Tamil Nadu government Gazette and in two daily News papers having wide circulation in the locality.

2.The Works Manager, Government Central Press, Chennai is requested to Publish the Declaration Notification in the Extraordinary issue of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 10.12.2001 and he is requested to furnish five copies of the Gazette in which the notification will be published to the Government in this Department.

3.Four Copies of the Notification in Tamil are forwarded to the Director of Information and Tourism Department, Chennai-9 and he is requested to arrange for their publication in two Tamil Daily News Papers having wide circulation in the District as ordered in para  1 above immediately.

4.The following Certificate is issued in respect of the Publication of the Notification in the dailies  as ordered in para 1 above.

1.      Sufficient funds are available to meet the cost of advertisement.

2.      The bill for the advertisement will be paid within 30 days of its receipt.

3.      No previous advertisement bill is pending for settlement more than a month.

4.      The District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Saidapet, Chennai-15 is requested to instruct the Land Acquisition Officer to cause the publication of the Substance of the declaration at Convenient Places in the Locality immediately.
