HONORARIUM / CONSOLIDATED PAY - Employees drawing Honorarium / Consolidated Pay - Ad-hoc Increase from 1.1.2006 - Orders - Issued.

In the Government Order first read above, the Government have sanctioned an ad-hoc increase in the Honorarium/Consolidated Pay of various categories of employees with effect from 1-1-2006.

2) In the Government Order second read above, orders have been issued enhancing the Dearness Allowance payable to Government employees on regular time scale with effect from 1-1-2006. Government have therefore, decided to grant ad-hoc increase to those drawing Honorarium/Consolidated Pay at certain rates which were in vogue before 1-1-1996. Accordingly, Government direct that employees drawing Honorarium / Consolidated Pay, except Noon-Meal staff be allowed another ad-hoc increase with effect from 1-1-2006 as detailed below:-

For those drawing Rs.150/- and above Rs.20/- per month per month prior to 1-1-1996

For those drawing below Rs.150/- Rs.10/- per month per month prior to 1-1-1996

3. This order shall also apply to employees of Local Bodies except in Village Panchayats. In respect of Noon-Meal staff working under Puratchi Thalaivar M.G.R. Nutritious Meal Programme, separate orders will be issued from Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department.
