ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Chairman, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board in his letter 5th read above, the Government after careful examination fix the following revised target for the year 2002-2003 fo supply of Electricity to Agricultural pumpsets and huts services as follows:

Under the RSFS scheme (Revised Self Financing Scheme) the applicant has to pay one time charges as noted in category 3(a) (b) and (c) as above and Rs.250/- per HP per annum as energy charges.
2. As per the MOU signed by the Government of Tamil Nadu with Government of India, Ministry of Power and as declared by Hon'ble Chief Minister on the floor of the Assembly. These services are to be provided with Energy meters for assessing the consumption while monitoring the free supply besides these pumpsets, 40, 000 new hut service for 2002-2003 shall also to be provided with meters in consonance with MOU.
