ORDER:
In terms of Sub Section (6) of Section 17 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission Act, 1998 (No.14/1998), the Government appoint Thiru A. Balraj, IAS., (Retired) as Chairman of the Tamil Nadu State Electricity Regulatory Commission (TNSERC) for a period of five years with effect from his assuming the charge or till attaining the age of 65 years whichever is earlier. Thiru A. Balraj, IAS., (Retired) will be entitled to a pay of Rs.26,000/- (fixed) per month.
- 2. The appointment of Thiru A. Balraj, IAS., (Retired) as Chairman of the Tamil Nadu State Electricity Regulatory Commission will be governed by the terms and conditions issued in the Government Order first read above.
