ORDER:

The following Notification will be published in an extra-ordinary issue of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 16th June 2003.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Tax on Consumption or Sale of Electricity Act, 2003, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the Chief Electrical Inspector to Government, Head of Department of the Electrical Inspectorate Service as Director of Electricity Tax for the purpose of the Act.
