ORDER:

The following Notification will be published in an extra-ordinary issue of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the sixteenth June, Two thousand and three.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Tax on Consumption or Sale of Electricity Act, 2003 (Tamil Nadu Act 12 of 2003), the Governor of Tamil Nadu  hereby appoints the 16th day of June 2003 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
