NOTIFICATION.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 17 of
the Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Act, 1959 ( Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1959 ), the
Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes a reduction in respect of tax payable by any
dealer on the sale of High Speed Diesel Oil from 25 percent to 23.43 percent mentioned in the Eleventh
Schedule to the said Act.
2.The notification shall come into force on the 12th day of
June, 2006.
