                APPENDIX

NOTIFICATION-I

           In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)  of section 42 of the Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Act, 1959 ( Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1959 ), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Revenue Department Notification  S.R.O. No.1797 of 1959, published at  pages 454-455 of Part.I of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 25th  March 1959, as subsequently amended.

AMENDMENT

          In the said Notification, in clause (1), sub-clause (ii) shall be omitted.

 NOTIFICATION-II

          In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 42 of the Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Act, 1959, ( Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1959), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Revenue Department Notification  No.199 of 1964 published  at page 1 in Part.III of the  Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 22nd  May 1964 as subsequently amended.

AMENDMENT         

In the said Notification, clauses (ii) and (iii) shall be omitted.

NOTIFICATION.III

          In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 42 of the Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Act, 1959 ( Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1959), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Revenue Department  Notification III, No.116 of 1970 published at pages 471 of Part III of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 15th April 1970, as subsequently amended.

  AMENDMENT

          In the said Notification  clauses (3) and (4) shall be omitted.
