NOTIFICATION-I.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Act, 1959 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1959), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an exemption in respect of the tax payable by any dealer under the said Act on the sale of spare parts for maintenance of the animal ambulance vehicles, animal feed and all goods required for maintenance of Hospital for treatment of animals, to Thiruvalargal Blue Cross of India, subject to filing of declaration duly certified by Thuiruvalargal Blue Cross of India, Chennai in the Forms appended to this notification.

2. The Notification shall come into force on the 23rd June 2005.

NOTIFICATION-II.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Tamil Nadu General Sales Tax Act, 1959 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1959), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an exemption in respect of the tax payable under the said Act on the sale of an Animal ambulance vehicle bearing registration No.TN 07 AB 3902 to Thiruvalargal Blue Cross of India, Chennai.

2. The Notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from the 15th July 2003.
