ORDER:

Under sub section (1) of section 19 of the Right to Information Act 2005 (Central Act 22 of 2005) the Secretary to Government, Commercial Taxes Department shall be the Appellate Authority in respect of the Commercial Taxes Department, Secretariat, Chennai-9 to whom appeal shall be made by persons aggrieved by a decision of the Public Information Officer.
