GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL NADU Abstract Plan Schemes-National Cooperative Development Corporation sponsored scheme of Integrated Cooperative Development Project in Tiruvarur District-Sanction of financial assistance for the second year-Sanctioned. From the Registrar of Co-operative Societies Lr.No.76030/2001 PMC-1 dated 12.2.2003 and dated 7.5.03 ----- ORDER:- In the Government Order first read above, sanction was accorded for the implementation of the Integrated Cooperative Development Project in Tiruvarur District at a total cost of Rs.1222.44 lakhs over a period of 5 years. The details are as follows:
2. Out of this, an amount of Rs.325.56 lakhs excluding Project Implementation cost was released by the State Government in the said G.O. being the first year outlay. The details are as follows:-
The amounts have been draw and disbursed to the Project Implementation Agency (PIA) (viz) the Kumbakonam District Central Co-operative Bank. 3. The Registrar of Co-operative Societies has now sent proposals requesting the sanction and release of the financial assistance for continuous implementation of the scheme during 2003-2004. The details of loan, share capital, National Cooperative Development Corporation share of subsidy and State Government share of subsidy are given below:-
The second year of the Project has to be implemented continuously from April 2003. The share of the National Cooperative Development Corporation, New Delhi may be got reimbursed from the Corporation. 4. The Government after careful examination of the proposal of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, accord sanction to incur an expenditure of Rs. 419.1800 (Rupees Four Crores, nineteen lakhs and eighteen thousand only) being the second year outlay for the year 2003-2004 for implementing the Integrated Cooperative Development Project in Tiruvarur District. 5. The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the following heads of account: (a) Loan Loan of Rs.166.4525 lakhs (Rupees One Crore sixty six lakhs forty five thousand two hundred and fifty only) 6425-00. Loans for Coooperation-107 Loans to Credit Cooperatives-Schemes in the Tenth Five Year plan-V. Schemes financed by autonomous bodies-ZA Loans to Co-operative Institutions and Banks controlled by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies-02 Loans to Cooperatives under Integrated Cooperative Development Project (DPC-6425 00 107 ZA –0200) (b) Share capital Share capital of Rs.221.9675 lakhs (Rupees two crore twenty one lakhs ninety six thousand and seven hundred and fifty only) 4425-00-Capital outlay on Co-operation-107 investment in credit Cooperatives-Schemes in the Tenth Five Year Plan-V. Schemes financed by autonomous bodies-ZC investments in Credit Cooperatives under the scheme of Integrated Cooperative Development Project 22-Investment (DPC 4425 00 107 ZC 2208). (c) National Cooperative Development Corporation's subsidy: National Cooperative Development Corporation share of subsidy of Rs.15.3800 lakhs (Rupees fifteen lakhs and thirty eight thousand only) 2425.00-Co-operation-107 Assistance to Credit Cooperatives-Schemes in the Tenth Five Year Plan-V Schemes financed by autonomous bodies-ZA Assistance to implementation of Integrated Cooperative Development Project-09 Grants in aid-03 Grants for specific schemes (DPC 2425 00 107 ZA 0931) (d) State share of subsidy: State share of subsidy of Rs.15.3800 (Rupees fifteen lakhs and thirty eight thousand only) 2425-00 Co-operation-107 Assistance to Credit Cooperatives-Schemes in the Tenth Five Year Plan-JR Grant for implementation of Integrated Cooperative Development Project 09 Grants in aid-03 Grants for specific schemes (DPC 2425 00 107 JR 0933) 6. The Additional Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Integrated Cooperative Development Project) in the office of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies is authorised to draw the amount at the Pay and Accounts Office (South), Chennai35 and disburse the amount to the Kumbakonam District Central Cooperative Bank, which is the Project Implementation Agency in the Tiruvarur District through the Tamil Nadu State Apex Cooperative Bank Limited, Chennai. 7.
