ORDER:

In the reference first and third read above the Government have issued orders to supply an additional quantity of 10 Litres of Kerosene over and above normal quota to which the family is eligible under the Public Distribution System on Payment of cost for the months of January nd February 2005 to each of families affected by the Tsunami waves that struck the tamil Nadu coast on 26-12-2004. In view of the fact that it will take a few more months for normalcy to return and the families affected by Tsunami to get back their livelihood fully, the Government have further decided to supply additional quantity of 10 litres of kerosene for the months of March and April 2005 to each of the affected families in accordance with the orders issued in the reference second read above. Accordingly the Government hereby order that each affected families be supplied with an additional quantity of 10 Lirtres of kerosene for the month of March and April 2005. This Additional Entitlements will be over and above the normal quota to which the family is eligible under the Public Distribution System and it shall be supplied on Payment of Cost.

2. The Commissioner of Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection shall make necessary arrangements to move the additional quantities of kerosene to the affected areas to meet this requirement.
