ORDER:

In modification of the orders issued in the Government Order 5^th read above, the Government direct that the State Minorities Commission be reconstituted with the following Members.

2.  The term of office of the State Minorities Commission now reconstituted shall be for a period of three years from the date of issue of this order.

3. The State Minorities Commission shall ordinarily sit in the city of Chennai but may tour within the State to the extent necessary.  The Commission shall be treated as a Class I Committee for the purpose of Travelling Allowance and Daily Allowance.

4.  This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide its  U.O. No. 71656/SW/06 dated 16.11.2006.
