ORDER:

In the reference second read above, the Member – Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu State Hajj Committee has intimated that under section 21 (1) of the Hajj Committee Act, 2002, election  for Chairperson was held on 2.12.2006 and that Thiru J. M. Aaron Rashid, M.P., has been elected as Chairperson of Tamil Nadu State Hajj Committee and requested the Government to notify the same in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

2.  The Government accordingly accept the request of the Member – Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu State Hajj Committee.

3.  The Notification appended to this order shall be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extra-ordinary dated the 4.12.2006.
