ORDER

In the letter read above, the Commissioner for Milk Production and Dairy Development has requested the Government to issue a notification conferring the powers of a Registrar under the Tamil nadu Cooperative Societies Act 1988, on the Officers of Dairy Development Department.

2. The Government after careful consideration of the proposal of the Commissioner for Milk Production and Dairy Development, direct that the following notification shall be published in the Tamilnadu Government Gazetts.

Notification

In experience of the protconferred by section 3 of the Tamil nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 (Tamilnadu Act 30 of 1983) and in suppression of all the previous notification on the subject issued under the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act 1961 (Tamilnadu Act 53 of 1961), the Governor fax of Tamil Nadu hereby confers on the officers specified in column (1) of the Table below, the powers of a Registrar Specified in the corresponding entries in column (2) thereof under the Tamilnadu Cooperative societies, 1988.
