ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner and Director of Fisheries in the letter third read above the Government revalidate the amount of Rs. 500/- lakhs (Rupees five hundred lakhs only) sanctioned in the Government Order first cited for utilization for the purpose mentioned therein during 2002-2003.        

2. The expenditure revalidated shall be debited under the following head  of accounts:-

(i)             Loan of Rs.361.11 lakhs 

"6425.00 - Loan for Cooperation - 108. Loans to other Cooperatives - Schemes in the Tenth Five Year Plan - VI. Schemes financed by Autonomous bodies - ZG. Loans to Cooperative Institution and Banks controlled by the Director of Fisheries - 01. Loans to fishermen Cooperative Federation and Societies"

3.Necessary Funds will be provided in Revised  Estimate/Final Modified  Appropriation 2002-2003.
