ORDER :

In the letter read above, the Director of Veterinary Services has proposed to give technical training about 'cell culture limit' to the staff of Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biological, Palode, Thiruvanandapuram at the Institute of Veterinary Preventive Medicine, Ranipet.  He has also stated that the training can be imparted only in the aspect of 'Cell Culture Technology' .  The duration of Training may be fixed as 30 days during February-March of every year.  The training fee per candidate may be fixed as Rs.2000/-.  He has therefore requested the Government to permit the Director, Institute of Veterinary Preventive Medicine, Ranipet to conduct the training Programme for the candidates sponsored by the Director, Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biological, Palode, Kerala State.

2. The Government after careful consideration accept the proposal of the Director of Veterinary Services and accord permission to the Director of Institute of Veterinary Preventive Medicine, Ranipet to conduct the training Programme for the candidates sponsored by the Director of Institute of Animal Health and Veterinary Biological, Palode, Kerala State for a period of 30 days during February-March of every year by collecting a fee of Rs.2000/- per head.

3. The Director of Veterinary Services is requested to ensure that the Programme is temporary and that there should not be any financial commitment to Government.

4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide its U.O.No.36894 Animal Husbandry & Fisheries 04, dated 10.6.04.
