In the Government order 1st read above , Orders were issued for opening of 10 new Veterinary Dispensaries with the posts of 1 Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, 1 Livestock Inspector (Grade.II) and 2 Animal Husbandry Assistants, for each Dispensary for a period of one year from the date f filling up of the posts.

2.  In the Government letter second read above the places for opening the ten Veterinary Dispensaries were intimated.  In the Government Order third read above the post were continued upto 30.6.2003.

3. The Director of Veterinary Services in his letter 4th read above has requested the Government to issue orders for the continuance of the above temporary posts from 1.7.2003 to 30.6.2004.

4.  The Government after careful examination accord sanction for the further continuance of the forty temporary posts as detailed in the annexure to this order for a further period of one year from 1.7.2003 to 30.6.2004 or till the need therefore ceases, whichever is earlier.

5. The incumbents of the temporary posts are eligible to draw Pay and usual allowances as admissible under the order in force from time to time.

6. The Expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall debited to the following Head of Account:-

            2403 – 00 – Animal Husbandry – 101 – Veterinary Services and Animal Health –

            I Non Plan AA Veterinary Hospitals and Dispensaries

            (D.P.C. 2403 – 00 – 101 – AA – 005)

 

7. The action of Director of Veterinary Services in having continued the posts beyond 30.6.2003 in anticipation of the Government order is ratified.

8.  This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O.No.56281 / AHF / 03, dt.16.10.2003
