In the Government order 1st read above , the Government have sanctioned the opening of 30 (thirty) new Veterinary Dispensaries under Part II scheme for 1998-99 and also sanctioned the creation of one Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and 2 Animal Husbandry Assistants for each dispensary for a period of one year.

2. In the Government order second read above, the Government have sacntion for opening of additional of 10 new Veterinary Dispensaries during the year 1998-99 under Part II Scheme with the post of One Veterinary Assistant Surgeon and 2 Animal Husbandry Assistants for each dispensry for a period of one year (i.e.) upto 31.3.99. 

3. In the letter fifth read above the Government to issue orders for the continuance of the above posts from 1.4.2000 to 30.6.2003.

4. In the letter sixth read above the Director of Veterinary Services has requested the Government to issue order for the continuance of the above posts for a further period of one year from 1.7.2003 to 30.6.2004.

5.  The Government after careful examination accord sanction for the further continuance of the forty temporary posts as detailed in the annexure to this order for a further period of one year from 1.7.2003 to 30.6.2004 or till the need therefore ceases, whichever is earlier.

6. The incumbents of the temporary posts are eligible to draw Pay and usual allowances as admissible under the order in force from time to time.

7. The Expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall debited to the following Head of Account:-

2403 – 00 – Animal Husbandry – 101 – Veterinary Services and Animal Health –    I Non Plan AA Veterinary Hospitals and Dispensaries

(D.P.C. 2403 – 00 – 101 – AA – 0103)

8. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O.No.55938 / AH&F / 2003, dt.15.10.2003
