No.15 Read:- 1. G.O.(2D) No.56, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries(AH.2) Department , dated 16.11.2001. 2. From the Director of Animal Husbandry Letter No.10378/D4/2001, dated 12.2.2001. ---- ORDER:- In the Government Order first read above, orders were issued for making advance payment of Rs.1,24,000/- per year to M/s. PHILIPS INDIA LIMITED towards AMC for 2 Nos. MNP 10 Compact LN2 plants at Hosur and Eachenkottai at Rs.62,000/- each for the period from 1.12.2000 to 30.11.2001. 2. The Director of Animal Husbandry in his letter second read above has requested for permission for entering into the contract for Annual Maintenance of 2 Nos. of MNP 10 compact liquid plants with M/s.Philips India Limited at the rate of Rs.65,000/- each and for making total payment of Rs.1,30,000/- for two plants, one at District Livestock Farm at Hosur and another at Exotic Cattle Breeding Farm at Eachenkottai for the period from 1.12.2001 to 30.11.2002. 3. The Government after careful examination of the proposal accord permission for making payment of Rs.1,30,000/- (Rupees one lakh thirty thousand only) to M/s. PHILIPS INDIA LIMITED, Chennai being the Annual Maintenance charges for the period from 1.12.2001 to 30.11.2002 for two numbers of MNP 10 compact LN2 plants, one at District Livestock Farm, Eachenkottai at the rate of Rs.65,000/- each. 4. The expenditure shall be debited to the following Head of Account:- At District Livestock Farm, Hosur 2403 00 - Animal Husbandry - 102 Cattle and Buffaloe Development - I Non-Plan - AA Livestock Farms 19 Machinery and Equipments 03 Maintenance (DPC 2403 00 102 AA 1931). At Exotic Cattle Breeding Farm, Eachenkottai 2403 00 - Animal Husbandry - 102 Cattle and Buffaloe Development II State Plan JN Establishment of Frozen Semen Production station at Eachenkottai - 19 Machinery and Equipments 03 Maintenance (DPC 2403 00 102 JN 1936). 5. The Deputy Director, District Livestock Farm, Hosur and the Deputy Director, Exotic Cattle Breeding Farm, Eachenkottai are authorised to draw and disburse the amount to M/s. PHILIPS INDIA LIMITED, Chennai. They are permitted to draw advance under Article 99 of TNFC Vol.I for the above purpose and adjust the amount with proper vouchers and to send the same to Government. 6. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O.No.17323/AH&F/2003-1, dated 25.3.2003. (BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR) VISHWANATH
