ORDER:- 

            The Commissioner & Director of Fisheries has sent proposals to Government under Part II Scheme for the year 2001-2002 for purchase of 75 cages to Inland waterbodies under the control of the Department at a cost of Rs.4.10 lakh.

2.         In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner and Director of Fisheries, the Government after careful examination, approve the proposal of the Commissioner and Director of Fisheries , for purchase of 75 cages to Inland waterbodies under the control of Fisheries Department, under Part II Scheme for the year 2001-2002 at a total cost of Rs.4.10 lakhs.

3.            Sanction is hereby accorded to the Commissioner and Director of Fisheries to incur an expenditure of Rs.4.10 lakhs (Rupees Four lakhs and ten thousands only) towards purchase of 75 cages to  Inland watebodies under the control of Fisheries Department under Part II Schemes for the year 2001-2002 after observing all required formalities.

4.         The expenditure sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to

            “2405. Fisheries -  101. Inland Fisheries – Schemes in the IX Five Year Plan – II. State Plan – JA. Fish Seed Production and collection for stocking –   19. Machinery and equipment  - I. Purchase (DP Code No. 2405. 00. 101 JA 1914)”

5.         The orders issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O.No. 67561/AH&F/2001, dated 26.9.2001.
