ORDER:

The following Notification will be published in the Tamil Nadu Government  Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 3rd December 2004.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 45 of the Indian Veterinary Council Act 1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby constitutes a Registration Tribunal consisting of the following three persons for the purpose of first preparing the State Veterinary register, namely:-

(1) Dr.I.Murugaraj, M.V.Sc., Additional Director (Retired) of Animal Husbandry

2) Dr.D.N.Palanivelu, B.V.Sc., M.B.A.
    Regional Joint Director of Animal Husbandry, Coimbatore

(3) Dr.D.Francis Solomon, M.V.Sc.,
     Deputy Director of Animal Husbandry,
     Office of the Commissioner and Director of Veterinary Services,
     Chennai  - 6
