ORDER:

The Board of Directors of the Tamil Virtual University was constituted in the order first read above. The Director, Tamil Virtual University in his letter 2nd cited has sent a proposal for reconstitution of the Board based on a resolution of the Board during in its meeting held on 27.07.2001.

2. The Government have carefully examined this proposal and reconstitute the Board of Tamil Virtual University with the following ex-officio members with immediate effect.

3.   The reconstituted Board may elect its own Chairman.
