All the State Pensioners/Family Pensioners those who have retired/died between 1.6.60 to 31.5.88 drawing their monthly pension through Pension Pay Office, Chennai under Pilot Scheme [Drawing pension under Public Sector Banking Scheme] are requested to submit an application in the form prescribed by post or in person at Pension Pay Office, Chennai-6 for revision of Pension/Family Pension under G.O. Ms. No: 579, Finance [Pension] Department, Dated 15.9.2006 along with the copy of the Pension Payment Order.  Prescribed application forms can be downloaded from website.
