PREFACE
This is a compilation of the Minutes of the meetings held by the Additional
Chief Secretary/Development Commissioner with various Principal Secretaries/
Secretaries of the Secretariat Departments along with the Heads of Department on
the implementation of Scheduled Caste Sub Plan. This will enable the officers
to comprehensively understand the Scheduled Caste Sub Plan concept the way it is
being implemented now and the future orientation that could be given so that
betterment accrues to SCs in effect.
