WATER SUPPLY

A. NEW CONNECTION 

1. Acceptance of Applications with on working days between registration fees  11.00 am to 4.45 pm.

2. Registration of application and on the Spot intimation of seniority number

3. Intimation about proposed : Within 7 days of Sanction/Rejection with reasons  registration

4. Inspection of the premises : By the officials of the Town (if proposed for sanction) Panchayat within    10 days of proposed sanction.

5. Sanction order and intimation about : Within Thirty days from the deposits and other charges to be   date of application  remitted.

6. Effecting water supply : Within 7 days from the date connection of completion of plumbing work by the applicant and payment of deposit and other charges whichever is later 

WATER SUPPLY HOUSE CONNECTION

B. COMPLAINTS

1. Acceptance of the complaints and : On all working days issue of acknowledgement on the spot   11.00 amto 4.45 pm

2. Inspection of the premises : Within four days

3. Remittance of inspection charges in : By the applicant. Town Panchayat Office.

4. Temporary disconnection, if needed : On the advice of the Inspection Staff.

5. Report on the completion of repair : By the applicant to the work. Town Panchayat.

6. Reconnection of the Water Supply : Within Three days after H.S.C. receipt of intimation.

BUILDING LICENCE

1. Acceptance of applications. and : On all working days between issue of acknowledgement on the spot 11.00 am to 4.45 pm on the spot

2. Inspection of the site : Within ten days by the officials

3. Issue of Demand notice for fees/ : 2 days from the date of intimation about Rectification/ application    Rejection with reasons

4. Remittance of Licence fees. : By the applicant Remittance of Development charges immediately

5. Approval of the plan. : Within ten days from the date of receipt of fees

6. Application for Renewal of Licence : On all working days between and issue of acknowledgment    11.00a m and 4.45 pm on the spot

7. Remittance of Renewal fees. : By the applicant along with renewal application.

8. Issue of renewal of licence : 10 days from the date of remittance of renewal fees

LICENCE FOR DANGEROUS AND OFFENSIVE TRADE AND UNDER

PREVENTION OF FOOD ADULTERATION ACT

1. Acceptance of applications for : On working days between new / renewal licence *  11.00 am to 4.45 pm.

2. Acknowledgement of the application : On the spot.

3. Remittance of fees. : By the applicant along with the presentation of the application

4. Inspection of the premises : By the officials of Town Panchayat Health branch within 7 days.

5. Issue of Licence. : Within 30 days from the receipt of application.

6. For belated application : 25% penalty is levied for D.&.O. trades and 50% for Prevention of Food   Adulteration Act licence.

* for renewal the applicant should apply 30 days before commencement of financial year (i.e.,) before Ist  March.

BIRTH AND DEATH CERTIFICATES

1. Acceptance of applications. : On all working days between 11.00 am to 4.45 pm.

2. Acknowledgment of the application : On the spot.

3. Remittance of fees. : With the application form.

4. Issue of the Birth/Death Certificate : Within Three days.

5. Registration of Birth by the citizen : Within 14 days of the birth

6. Registration of Death by the citizen : Within 7 days from the date of death

7. Belated registration by the citizen : Application with an order beyond one year of Magistrate along with prescribed fees

NAME TRANSFER ORDERS FOR TITLES IN RESPECT OF PROPERTY TAX

ASSESSMENT AND WATER SUPPLY HOUSE SERVICE CONNECTION.

1. Acceptance of applications : On all working days between 11.00 am to 4.45 pm.

2. Acknowledgement of the application : On the spot.

3. Remittance of fees : With the application form.

4. Inspection of the premises. : Within a week from the receipt of application.

5. Sanction order / Rejection with : Within 15 days reasons.
