Sale Deed for tene- Sale deed issued after 15 days payments/plots on outright verification of full payment sale/completion of dues and claimant Hire purchase. 4. Allotment of space Bunk allotted on request 15 days for bunks only to the local residents of the particular TNSCB scheme area. 5. Functioning of existing Maintenance of repairs 15 days basic amenities in attended to on receipt of scheme areas. Complaints or through routine inspection. 6. Encroachments Encroachments are removed 30 days after issuing notice to the encroacher. 7. Survey Works, etc., Survey of planting of survey 7 days stones done after remittance of survey fee by the applicant. 8. NOC for internal NOC is issued by the 7 days electrification Revenue Officers after verification of dues to the Board 9. Minor Repairs to Repairs are done on 21 days periodical basis and also on priority depending on the nature of the repairs. |
